WELCOME TO THE VALLEY

It's great to have you as a part of the rich culture and history of the Cedar Valley community! This course is for new UNI students, professors, and community members to learn about all of the great things that the Cedar Valley has to offer, from local events, organizations, and activities, to make them feel comfortable exploring the area and building community.

About this course

"Cedar Valley Life & Resources" is a course intended for anyone new to the Cedar Valley (Cedar Falls & Waterloo, IA), especially University of Northern Iowa students, staff, and faculty. Throughout this course, you will learn about locations, organizations, and events that are special to the area and build connections to start integrating yourself into the community. This course will take approximately 90 minutes.
